Cattle Baron Camps Bay - Camps Bay Restaurant
Situated on the slopes of the Twelve Apostles, and looking out over the bay with it's invigorating sea air and spectacular sunsets, the Camps Bay Cattle Baron offers a plush environment with a design favouring a more private dining experience.
The restaurant is air-conditioned, fully licensed and offers a seating capacity of 180 inside plus 60 on the sundeck, a secure parking lot, full a la carte menu and are open 7 days a week for dinner and 6 days a week for lunch (closed Sat lunch). Reservations are essential.
They were the runner up for the Best Steakhouse in the Greater Cape Town, 2000.
Performance in the 2001 SA Grainfed Beef / Chateau Libertas Steakhouse of the Year Award - Franchisor, Ronnie Dick received a special award for his lifelong contribution to the enhancement of the steakhouse industry in S.A.
Directions:
From Cape Town follow the Main Rd through Sea Point, into Victoria Rd through Bantry Bay, Clifton & Camps Bay. Turn left into Camps Bay Dr. & follow the road up the mountain. The Cattle Baron can be found on the corner of Rottingdean & Camps Bay Dr. on the right hand side. From Muizenberg follow the M3 freeway & take the Bergvliet / Constantia / Hout Bay offramp left onto Ladies Mile Ext. At the top of the road turn left into Main Rd (M41). Follow Main Rd through High Constantia around the circle at the top of Constantia Nek & down into Hout Bay. From Hout Bay Rd turn right into Victoria & right again at the robots. This takes you onto Victoria Dr. Follow the road over the mountain, down past Llandudno, Bakoven & into Camps Bay. Turn right into Camps Bay Dr. & find the Cattle Baron on the corner of Camps Bay Dr. & Rottingdean St.
on the right hand side.
